Athletics “Up and Out” Incident Reporting
The following guidelines outline the steps to be taken to report incidents on or near campus, and incidents that relate to Athletics.
May use to submit any information that could indicate a threat to security or safety on campus or involving anyone affiliated with UNC-Chapel Hill. This includes: a suspected crime; suspicious behavior or circumstances; a possible threat to the safety or security of an individual (including discrimination and harassment); a possible threat to the safety or security of the University.
